Boxing Video

This is a video about Amir Khan, an Olympic and now professional boxer. Not only is this a very well shot video, it shows the Brit's training regime and smooth combinations.

Something to note at 1:35 is when he trains on a strangely shaped bag, I believe that's a body bag and after watching him use it, I now know how it is used. At The Contender, I hung up two of those bags and had never previously seen one before. I think it is called a "body" bag or something.
